Threading shoelaces with a pair of Etnies?

This is going to sound really sad, but it’s a question nonetheless. I just bought me a pair of Etnies shoes. I’ve never owned a pair before, and I am faced with a strange dilemma. I have no idea how to thread the laces! This is certainly a problem, considering it is different from the traditional, obvious way of threading a normal shoe. I feel kinda pathetic, but could anyone help me out on this one? Thanks, greatly appreciated.
