laptop and world of warcraft ram?

my laptop box says it had 4 GB of RAM on it, and that shud be plenty for WoW. im running wow, and i get max 15 fps outside and max 7 fps at laces like orgrimmar or dalaran. wtf. the graphics card is the intel 4500MHD and i understand that it int good but im pretty sure it shud handle wow decently. the 4gb of ram shud make up for it, but when i did dxdiag in Run it shows that my ram memory is 3900MB.. wtf is up? i have 4gb of ram on this but it shows 3900mb? can someone tell me how to fixthis or how to get more fps or something? shudnt wow run decent on this comp?? help me

Eh… 3900MB is equal to 3.9GB…. you’re missing 100mb if anything it’s prolly dedicated to running something vital. That wouldn’t be the issue.

1024 MB = 1.0 GB

And RAM wouldn’t “Make Up” for a graphics card they handle completely different processes….
