Ever performed at ‘Karaoke’, and if so, what song did you belt out, and was it well received?

First time I did it, I was buzzed, and I sang ‘That Old Black Magic’, it sucked but the audience was applauding because they knew it was my first time…. I’ve done it quite a few times, usually after a lot of liquid courage… but whenever I do ‘Chantilly Lace’, I get a standing O…. I also heard Ellen Degeneres’ favourite tune to do karaoke is ‘Tom Sawyer’ by Rush… that cracks me up… I did it once and it bit the big one.

yeh…when i,m sixty four…lean on me…king of the road….usually do it around closing time..the owners love me…they don,t have much trouble emptying the place….
