The fully automatic sensor button hole is so easy.  Just choose the button and put it on the sensor foot the sensor will choose the length and the perfect button hole is made. Voila!  Fabric feed is a concern of every sewist so Janome have designed a Superior Feed System which has a 7-point dog mechanism.  This will provide smooth results with no puckers on all kinds of fabrics and allows sewing to start on the exact edge of the material.  The Janome DC3050 will stop automatically at the end of the seam in the position started.  Its so easy to set the needle up or down with the touch of a button and another button (Auto- Lock) secures the end of the seam.
