Having baby in May, getting married in August – will I fit in my dress?
I am having my baby May 4th, give or take a few days of course, and my fiance and I are getting married in August… Will I probably be back to my pre-pregnancy size or smaller by then? I want to buy my dress now, with a lace up back so it’s easy to make adjustments, but I’m not sure if I’ll be the same size as my normal size… I’m normally a size 18, right now I still fit in my prepregnancy clothes, I’m 20 weeks, almost 5 months, So I haven’t gained much weight only 5 pounds, so I’m thinking if I keep eating the way I am I will only gain baby weight and will lose that after the baby comes… What do you think??
I say as long as you buy a lace up dress it will be fine. I haven’t had a baby, but I lost a lot of weight for my wedding and bought a dress that zipped up. The Monday before the wedding I tried my dress on and could not fit in it so I went and bought a lace up dress. If you buy one now MAKE SURE it is a corset back. Congrats on the baby!
